Optimalizace řízení procesů ve vybraném startupu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on optimization of process control in selected startup. The aim of the theoretical part is to explain the basic concepts and to describe the essence of process control and to compare the individual process approach options. In the practical part of the thesis, the theoretical knowledge is applied to process management in this startup. Firstly, the initial state of startup is analysed, then the problems inside startup are identified and the optimized process workflow is suggested based on these findings. Responsible persons are assigned to the newly proposed processes. Furthermore, metrics and KPIs are proposed to the startup and individual recommendations are summarized.
