dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá konverzí zdrojového kódu aplikací z programovacího jazyka Visual Basic 6 do programovacího jazyka Visual Basic .NET. V první své části seznamuje s oběma jazyky, včetně detailů fungování aplikací v nich napsaných. V druhé části jsou tyto jazyky porovnány, zejména s ohledem na problematiku jejich konverze. Předposlední část je výsledkem rešerše konverzních nástrojů dostupných na trhu. Závěrem je na základě všech těchto informací doporučen postup řešení migrace v případě jedné konkrétní aplikace.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with source code conversion from Visual Basic 6 programming language to Visual Basic .NET. Introductory part presents both programming languages, including details about how program written in particular language works. Second part compares these languages, particularly regarding problematic of its conversion. The following part is based on the survey of conversion tools available on the market. The final part, based upon information stipulated in previous chapters, proposes the solution of migration process for the certain application case.en
