Zajištění bezpečnosti při fotbalových zápasech

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je komplexné zhrnutie bezpečnostných rizík, ktoré vznikajú pri usporadúvaní futbalových zápasov. Je v nej vymedzený pojem futbalové chuligánstvo, rozdelenie jednotlivých futbalových fanúšikov a domáce aj európske zákony súvisiace s touto problematikou. V ďalšej časti je rozoberaná politika proti futbalovému chuligánstvu vo Veľkej Británii, najväčšie futbalové tragédie, história a súčasná situácia futbalového výtržníctva v Českej republike, požiadavky na infraštruktúru štadiónov a činnosti jednotlivých zložiek podieľajúcich sa na zabezpečení bezpečnosti. V závere sú analyzované najväčšie riziká vznikajúce pri usporadúvaní futbalových zápasov a navrhnutý inovatívny spôsob zabezpečenia.

A subject of the bachelor thesis is a complex summary of the security risks which originate within helding the football matches. There is defined a term football hooliganism, deviding individual football fans and domestic and European laws that are relevanted with this topic. In another part, there is defined a politics against the football hooliganism in Great Britain, the worst football tragedies, a history and a current situation of football’s riotious conduct in Czech republic, the requirements on infrastructure of the stadiums and the activities of individual components that are participated on ensure safety. In the end there are analyzed the biggest risks arising from helding the football matches and there is offered an innovative way of ensuring safety.
