Abstract
The target of my diploma thesis is the determine the value of a selected company - SILNICE MORAVA s. r. o. The thesis has a theoretical part, which focuses on the basic concepts of valuation, the individual valuation methods and the actual valuation process of the company. The practical part deals with the actual determination of the value of the company. The resulting value is determined using the DCF revenue method and the EVA method.
