Automatizovaná analýza kutometrických měření

Abstract

This work serves to improve the efficiency of the evaluation of treatment efficacy burn scars measured using a device Cutometer MPA850. Program was developed in order to retrieve data from the database with the option of displaying the measured curves and calculated parameters and the possibility of a statistical processing of parameters for clinical comparison. The program allows to store data in a format suitable for further processing for controlled experiments. The program is called Cutometer_automated_analysis and was tested in the Burn center at the University Hospital in Ostrava.
