Příprava společnosti Versa Systems s. r. o. na implementaci společenské odpovědnosti organizace dle ISO 26000 pro externího zákazníka

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the social responsibility of organizations. The first chapter of theoretical part is focus on theoretical definition of social responsibility, describing the ISO standards, which include social responsibility, the basic strategic areas, methods of evaluating and involved parties. The second chapter is focus on the theoretical possibility of social responsibility implementation in organizations, SA 8000 and ISO 26000:2011 standards, and the National program of conformity assessment of management systems of social responsibility. In the third chapter, in practical part, is presented a Versa Systems s.r.o. company profile and suggestion of implementation of EN ISO 26000:2011standard to the company‘s portfolio. The fourth chapter is focus on practical part too. There is discribed the evaluation of the product implementation to the product portfolio of Versa Systems s.r.o.company. There is consequent possibilities for further use in practice also.
