Analýza podnikového wellness ve složkách ministerstva vnitra

Abstract

The bachelor thesis „The Analysis of Company Wellness in the branches of the Department of Interior” is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on defining individual terms that have been borrowed from the available literature and electronic sources. The practical part deals with the analysis of company wellness that exists at the fire station in Ostrava -. Poruba, moreover with the analysis of the company wellness outside the above-mentioned fire station and finally those two analyses have been compared through the execution of SWOT analysis. The main elements that had lead to the creation of the practical part were an interview and a questionnaire. The SWOT analysis is executed from economical, sporting and safety point of view. This analysis uncovered weak and strong points, opportunities and threats of the company wellness at the fire station and outside of it.
