Implementace eGovernmentu v podmínkách České republiky

Abstract

E-Government represents process through which internal and external relations between public administration and citizens are transformed by using information and communication technologies. It should simplify contact of the authorities and schema_dspacedb. Generally it should bring more effectiveness of the authorities functioning. The process of implementing e-Government into the public administration system has many other aspects. The first chapter of this thesis introduces e-Government, deals with the development of e-Government implementation in terms of its historical progress. The second part of the first chapter discusses the way of the Czech Republic to the information society. The second chapter then presents the institute of e-Government as it was formed within the European Union. The third chapter deals with the legislation aspects in the area of e-Government. Actual implementation process of e-Government in the Czech Republic is described in last chapter of this work.
