Abstract

The Bachelor work is aimed at analyzing competitive advantage of supermarket TERNO, which belongs to COOP Jednota market chain, the biggest seller of food-stuff in Slovakia. The main point of this work is to explore competitive advantage of chosen company and also analyze business background which influences this company. I used marketing explore to find out competitive advantage in a form of questionnaire. In the questionnaire I aimed at customers preferences. I analyzed business background and its influence on the company by monitoring business background. I got important information from the company by interview with company director and I also used information from my experience in the company. With this work I want to improve competitive advantage of this company and to design better future for this company.
