Ekonomická analýza možných variant řešení náhrady velkostroje KU 800.5/K65 na Dolech Bílina

Abstract

The diploma thesis addresses economic evaluation of possible options to replace large-scale excavator KU 800.5/K65 employed at 5th overburden bench of Bílina Mines which was destroyed by a fire in November 2009. With respect to the extent of the damage to the excavator, it was necessary to put the machine out of service, dispose of it and ensure its adequate replacement for preserving further operation in accordance with the schedule of development work, preparation and mining. The thesis includes several suggestions to replace the capacity of the large-scale excavator. Furthermore, it offers pros and cons of individual alternatives and discusses possible risks or obstacles which might be encountered in the course of implementing the individual alternatives. In the main part, the thesis evaluates the individually alternatives economically, using a cost model and subsequently, the best solution, in terms of economy, is suggested to replace large-scale excavator KU800. The end of the thesis includes reasons of Severočeské Doly Bílina for choosing the alternative which was the least advantageous economically.
