Zhodnocení investičního projektu v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Content of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the selected investment project in a specific industrial enterprise. The theoretical part describes the investment decisions and selected dynamic criteria for the evaluation of investment projects. In the practical part is described a particular investment project including the determination of cash flows. All selected criteria are calculated, and the sensitivity analysis is processed. Subsequently, the investment project is evaluated on the basis of selected criteria and the sensitivity analysis. There is a recommendation in the conclusion of thesis for the implementation of the investment project.
