Bezbariérové užívání sportovních staveb

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is barrier-free use of sports buildings with a focus on ice rinks Werk Arena in Třinec and ČEZ Arena in Ostrava. For this purpose, a complex analysis of the current state will be made with a subsequent solution proposal of problematic places to ensure barrier-free accessibility and use from the perspective of both spectators and athletes as the objects themselves, as well as related outdoor areas with an emphasis on creating a barrier-free environment with the acceptance of principles of National Development Programme of Mobility for All and relevant legislation and Czech technical standards.
