Vyhodnocení ekonomických a právních aspektů jednotlivých druhů outsourcingu a cloud computingu

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce s názvem „Hodnocení, srovnání a porovnání ekonomických a právních aspektů jednotlivých druhů outsourcingu a cloud computingu“ je rozbor problematiky a zaměření se na oblast poskytování služeb zákazníkům informačních a komunikačních technologií prostřednictvím dvou rozdílných služeb a sice outsourcingu IT a cloud computingu a to jak po stránce technické, tak ekonomické. Tyto dvě služby patří dnes k předním řešením v poskytování profesionálních služeb s cílem optimalizace provozu IT infrastruktury ve firmách a zároveň s cílem snížení provozních nákladů a výdajů s tímto provozem spojených. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá popisy technologických řešení outsourcingu IT a cloud computingu, včetně managementu jednotlivých procesů a právních aspektů spojených s bezpečností uživatelských dat ve vnitropodnikovém prostředí. Ve druhé části práce jsou uplatněny znalosti těchto řešení získané v praxi a základní ekonomická analýza provozu těchto služeb. V poslední části diplomové práce jsou jednotlivá řešení shrnuty a porovnány. Cílem práce je srovnání přínosů a rizik jednotlivých druhů těchto komplexních služeb poskytování hardware a software uživatelům a firmám.

The subject of this thesis titled "The Evaluation and comparison of economic and legal aspects of various types of outsourcing and cloud computing " is to analyze the problem and focus on customer service area of information and communication technologies through two different services namely IT outsourcing and cloud computing from the technical and economic aspect as well. These two services are now the leading solution in providing professional services to optimize the operation of IT infrastructure in enterprises and also to reduce operating costs and expenses associated with this operation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with descriptions of technological solutions, IT outsourcing and cloud computing, including management of the processes and legal aspects related to security of user data in the internal environment. The second part puts the already presented theoretical knowledge and results into practice. The last part of the thesis summarises and compares individual solutions presented. The aim is to compare the benefits and risks of both types of comprehensive services provide hardware and software for users and companies.
