Abstract
The aim of the Bachelor thesis
"SWOT analysis as a basic strategic management tool" was the creation of analysis of AGRO-EKO, spol. s r.o., which mainly deals with the supply of technologies for the treatment of biodegradable waste and their subsequent use. In the first part of the Bachelor thesis was a theoretical basis, and on it the characteristic data on the analysis of the company. In the practical part was processed by the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis of AGRO-EKO, spol. s r.o. and their evaluation, together with any proposals for improvement of the situation of the company and advice.
