Využití zájmu seniorů v domácím cestovním ruchu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is concerned with aktivity of seniors‘ segment in tourism. In theoretical part I attend to tourism of seniors where I analyse demands and requirements of seniors in travelling and also what they are interested in tourism the most. I am also concerned with balneology, whereas first block of this chapter describes spa tourism and the second one specifics of balneology. Here I among others focused on wellness services, which nowadays are an essential part of balneology. In practical part of bachelor thesis I focused on Lázně Luhačovice, which are the most important spa of Jižní Morava region and very sought after destination of spa tourism. This part also contains the analysis SWOT and suggestions of development possibilities of this destination. In thesis there is a fundamental subchapter which deals with comparison of two spa acommodation facilities. They are contrasted in light of services offer which are welcomed by seniors, price availability, boarding possibilities. I also compiled suggestion of active wellness weekend for seniors couple. In conclusion of bachelor thesis I gave reasons for importance of seniors‘ segment for tourism. I summarized present state of Lázně Luhačovice and mentioned some recommendation which could contribute to conservation of high level and next development of this spa.
