Abstract
This thesis is focused on human potential development in Behr Ostrava s.r.o. I described methods of governance model in Behr Ostrava s.r.o., methods of education and training for employees, system of incentives and rewarding employees. I described culture of this company in the end of my thesis. Entire part of thesis was also question-form examination, which allowed me objective review of the human potential development in the company.
The main objective of my work is to assess the steps which have been carried out in order to develop the human potential of their employees and thus organization. We also assess the effectiveness of these steps. An important task of my work was not only identifying problem areas, but also to propose specific recommendations.
The work results in proposals for further development of human potential in the organization and as an important supportive factor in the employer's motivation training of personnel.
