Abstract
This bachelor thesis is about the disposal of scrap metal in the Czech Republic and the EU. Firstly the thesis deals with a present valid legislation, further the work describes selected types of waste as a source of metals and then it follows up by processes in their purchase, collection, gathering and using technologies in adjustment and another treatment.
