Analýza vnitroorganizačních směrnic vybraného společenství vlastníků jednotek

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou interních směrnic neziskových organizací. Vybranou organizací je společenství vlastníků jednotek. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje pojem neziskové organizace a vnitroorganizační směrnice a nastíní obecnou strukturu směrnic. Praktická část práce se pak již zabývá analýzou směrnic vybraného společenství vlastníků a nasledně návhrem úpravy a samotnou úpravou některých směrnic a dalé doplnění o směrnici, která zcela chybí.

In this bachelor's thesis, I deal with the analysis of the internal guidelines of non-profit organizations. The selected organization is a homeowners association. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the concept of non-profit organization and of internal organizational guidelines and outlines the general structure of said guidelines. The practical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of the existing guidelines of the selected homeowners association and subsequently it deals with the proposal for alteration of some of the internal directives and with the addition of a directive that is completely missing.
