Změna metodiky řízení SW projektů

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is dealt with Methodology Alternation of Software Project Management, which was demaned by a private company creating web applications. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part in where we introduce the problems of software development and problems of software engineering in general to readers. Further we inform readers about most of famous methodologies with the emphasis on agile methodology. In the second part we describe model of software development in the company, we make the analysis and suggest possible changes. The proposed amendment is in the form of methodology which is documented at the end of the thesis, all proposed changes are described and showed by activity diagrams demonstrating all proposed changes.
