Abstract

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to find in business practice, whether the provisions of employment contracts or agreements of work outside employment are in accordance with their legislation, to determine the causes of any deviations from the law and also whether these deviations may affect the validity of contracts of employment and suggest possible solutions. Theoretical part of this thesis will be the introduction to issues of labour relations with the characteristic of their subject, object and content. It will focus on legal acts related to the formation of labour relation and will deal with the issue of employment contract, its essential requirements, the basic content of employment contract and other arrangements which the employment contract may contain. It will also discuss arrangements of work outside employment. The practical part of this thesis will include analysis the working environment in the company Kofola. This part will focus on the use of various forms of employment, staff selection criteria, qualification and education of jobseekers in this company. Because the essential requirement of the contract of employment is not the content of contracts of employment completely exhaust, this part will also deal with other requirements of contract of employment by company Kofola.
