Abstract

Submission of this thesis is project development of building equipment of residential building with a view to the heating. Project of building equipment (heating) is elaborated in two versions, which are compared in conclusion of thesis. One of versions is classic method of hot-water heating radiators in the house connected to the hot water line from the transfer station. Another version is an electric floor heating from company DEVI. Residential house is designed as a new building in built location in Ostrava - Zábřeh. Project documentation consists of three parts. The first part is a project documentation of building construction, the second part is project documentation of the hydronics heating system and the third part is the project documentation of electrical underfloor heating. All three project documentations are processed within the range needed for realization of the project. Part of the thesis is also a documentation of water and gas supply and district heating.
