Návrh opatření pro ochranu vybraných budov před aktivním útočníkem ve městě Havířov

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the assessment and selection of buildings in the city of Havířov associated with so-called soft targets in the context of various forms of terrorist attacks. The primary aim of the thesis is to analyze the current security measures and utilization of these buildings, providing a foundation for identifying potential vulnerabilities. Based on the results of CARVER and SWOT analysis, security measures will be proposed to enhance the protection of selected buildings. This thesis combines theoretical principles of security with a practical analysis of specific buildings, emphasizing the real-world applicability of the proposed measures.
