Abstract

This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of intelligent security system. This thesis deals with theoretical description of security systems, including control unit and motion detectors. The thesis also deals with the design of a security system, including the required specifications. Power supply was created in order to provide power for the security system. The thesis describes the implementation of a security system, including diagrams representing the principle of operation of the security system. The thesis describes the power consumption of the security system and offers a possible steps how to reduce the power consumption. Application for Android OS was also created for the purpose of easier control of security system. The conclusion summarizes the gathered results from the created security system, including the possibility of future expansion of functions.
