Výskyt neshod u gravitačně odlévaných válců

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o identifikaci nalezených slévárenských vad na dodaných polotovarech válců. Jednotlivé typy a druhy odlévaných odlitků pocházejí z výrobního provozu Slévárna šedé litiny. Počátek práce je zaměřen na opracovatele hutních válců a seznámení s možnostmi zhotovení provedených strojních i stavebních prací. V navazující části je popsán vznik a celkový výrobní cyklus válce. Nejdůležitější část pojednává o identifikaci a způsobu řešení problematiky jednotlivých typů vad.

The bachelor thesis deals with the identification of foundry defects found on delivered blanks. The casting types and types of castings come from the cast iron gray cast iron production plant. The beginning of the work is focused on the metallurgical cylinders and acquaintance with the possibilities of making the machine and construction works. The following section describes the formation and overall cylinder production cycle. The most important part deals with the identification and the way of solving the problems of individual types of defects.
