Analýza konkurenční pozice neziskové organizace

Abstract

Undergraduate thesis: "Analysis of Competitive Position of Non-profit Organization" is engaged in analysis of competitive position non-profit organization Junák - Association of Boy Scout and Girl Scout ČR (especially one of its abunits) regarding to organization ALCEDO - Center of Leisure Time Vsetín. In the first part of work (teoretical) the most important informations about non-profit organizations and about benchmarking are mentioned. In the second part of work (practical) benchmarking is realized. Thanks this analytic method comparison of both organization passed and the result is proposition of acquisition, which organization Junák should be realised, if it want improve its current situation.
