Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of a simple analysis of areas that can be built with family houses in the future. For this purpose, a questionnaire was created, with the help of which important information and requirements regarding housing were obtained. After the assessment of the individual city districts and affected areas, their economic comparison will be made with brownfield areas where regeneration for residential purposes would be realistic. The result of the work will be the recommendation of one or more areas that are most suitable for these purposes, based on the selected criteria.
