Abstract
The aim of my bachelor work is comparing of economic advantages of employing disabled people. Comparing was held in Integra, Zlín - production cooperative. There were two people compared - the one with disability and one without handicap. The conclusion of my work includes confirmation of advantages of employing these people and it is expressed in numbers.
