Abstract
This master's thesis proposes adjustments and recommendations for the talent management system in a selected company. In today's information-rich, rapidly changing society, talent management is a crucial element of competitive advantage. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first addressing theoretical foundations and the second describing the current state of the talent management program. Research methods included analysis of available information and data, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. This work aims to identify key areas of the talent management program, followed by their analysis and assessment. Based on the gathered information and data, proposals were developed to improve the talent management program to better meet the company’s and its employees’ needs. These adjustments could enhance employee performance, attract higher-quality successors, increase employee engagement, and more.
