Technologický postup pro provádění stropu nad vstupním podlažím bytového domu v Ostravě

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop a technological procedure for implementation of the ceiling above the entrance floor of an apartment house in Ostrava, and to develop project documentation for a building permit. The apartment house in focus is a three-storey non-basement building with a flat single skin roof. The building is located in Ostrava in the city part Třebovice ve Slezku. The structure of the apartment house is brick with prefamonolitic ceiling. The whole building is designed from a complete building system from the company Wienerberger s.r.o. – Porotherm. The ceiling construction, which the technological procedure was implemented of, is designed from ceiling beams POT and ceiling inserts MIAKO. The text part of this thesis contains summary technical report, a technological procedure for implementation of the ceiling above the entrance floor and an itemized budget for a construction of a ceiling above a first floor. It further contains drawings, which are along with a work timetable part of the appendices.
