Legislativní požadavky pro projekci a provoz silnoproudých napájecích zařízení drážních systémů

Abstract

The thesis focuses on legislative procedures during designing and operatng of traction power supply systems of railway applications, especially traction substantions. The first chapter focuses onlegislative regulations and technical standardization determining the concretization of power supply systems. It describes the topology of power supply systems of national, regional and siding tracks including tram and trolley tracks including the safety regulations for manipulating with them. It describes the basic steps in the desing and reconstruction of traction converter and transformation stations, including legislative procedures for the notification and approval process. The thesis also describes the measures necessary for meeting the medical and proffesional reuqirements to be able to manipulate the ower supply systems including periodic inspections of the equipment and competence of the state supervision institute. In the end, it describes the difference between the described equipment that belongs to the group of railway equipment and reserved electrical equipment.
