Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of employee benefits in relation to employee motivation and satisfaction. It deals with theoretical starting points and analysis of sociological research. In the theoretical part, topics such as the essence and meaning of employee benefits, their breakdown, goals and job satisfaction and dissatisfaction are discussed. The practical part consists of the analysis of a sociological survey among the employees of the given company and the subsequent proposal of measures and recommendations that will lead to greater employee satisfaction and motivation.
