Projekt automatické automobilové linky podle firemních standardů na platformě EPLAN 2.0

Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of Opel automotive standard. Its first part focus on the theory of the standard. It also states common components use in the line that are described and explained for later use in practical part of the work. It deals with the source of layout information and its parts, the importance of correct naming and numbering of project components. Furthermore, network connection, power distribution and communication architecture. There are also described cables length and baud rates, type of the cable and connectors use. From the beginning of third chapter the theses start to focus on practical part of the electronics designing work. It describes the complete preparation before drawing, components placement on the layout, the calculation of the current consumption, determination of the number of power sources to supply DeviceNet scanners and for the remaining plant and network components. At the end, the thesis starts with the robot's drawing on this example it described the basic of electronics designing drawings. With the acquired knowledge from robot drawing it continue with more complex station that is part of the turn table. These projects are in attachment of the thesis also with the project of the BodyCell that is the most complex work in which are all the information, station and robots. All other projects are on the attached CD. There are 21 EPLANS project.
