Analýza použití metody FMEA a přístupů ke snižováni rizik.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat aktuální situaci používání metody FMEA ve společnosti Stant Manufacturing s.r.o. a stanovit doporučení vycházející z této analýzy. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy a obecné přístupy metody FMEA procesu, designu a systému. Praktická část popisuje stav před zavedením zlepšení u FMEA procesu, analýzu současného stavu a návrh opatření k optimalizaci vybraných procesů, které povedou k jejich zlepšení. Práce také zahrnuje analýzu dokumentu FMEA procesu ve společnosti.

The thesis performs the analysis of the current application of FMEA method in Stant Manufacturing company and based on achieved results it also gives appropriate recommendations. There are related definitions and the general method approaches of process FMEA, design FMEA and system FMEA in theoretical part of this thesis. Furthermore, it describes the state before application of process FMEA and it also makes the analysis of this state as well. It gives proposal remedies for optimization of specific processes which generally lead to improvement of state. Following this, the thesis shows the analysis of the process FMEA which has been made in company mentioned above.
