Spracovanie strategickej analýzy firmy ALBO SK, s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was review of current situation of the firm ALBO SK, plc. on its market, on basis of implemented analysis and proposal opportunities to its growth. The current situation of company was analyzed by five analyses. PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis were used to analyze external environment of the company. Analysis of internal environment of the company was done by Value chain analysis and Analysis of company’s resources. Results of all above mentioned analyses were used as basis for SWOT analysis, which pointed out strengths and weaknesses of the company and threats and opportunities of the market. The last part of this thesis is focused on recommendations and possibilities to develop the company.
