Abstract

The Diploma thesis is focused on the economic support of Preprimary Education in Valašské Meziříčí. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial management of nursery schools in the Valašské Meziříčí for the years 2008 – 2012 and recommend how to improve management of funded organizations which are operate nursery schools in the Valašské Meziříčí. The goal of the study explains specified hypothesis. In this thesis are used methods of description, analysis and comparison. The theoretical part is described management and financing of preprimary education in the Czech Republic, resources and mechanisms of funding, the system of rewarding of employees and principles of management of funded organizations which are operating an activity nursery schools. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the financial management of nursery schools in the Valašské Meziříčí that will be done on the case study of selected nursery schools. On findings results will be suggested recommendations for management of nursery schools in the Valašské Meziříčí.
