Analýza bezbariérových tras v Ostravě- Porubě

Abstract

This thesis aims secure and principally barrier-free access to important public facilities in the urban district Ostrava - Poruba. It is primarily for people with limited mobility or orientation, but also people without restrictions. The work has two parts. The first part ontains theoretical knowledge barrier-free solutions, products and devices used for barrier-free adjustments and information about the subsidy system. In the second, practical part, conducted careful mapping of the territory and surveys were made. On the basis of this knowledge were selected routes, where are thoroughly investigated the barriers and proposed adjustments, and another routes where only reviewed the barriers and described the greatest defects. it meets complexity, which is a basic requirement of the National Development Programme Mobility for All. This thesis is designed according to the requirements of this program and the applicable legislation.
