Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the production process in selected company. Analyzes and evaluates the setting process manufacturing operations in the company Weppler Czech s.r.o. and suggests remedial measures that will lead to shorter production lead times. The analysis uses graphical methods for showing continuous time production of the current status of processes and methods CRAFT, on the basis of which further suggested remedial measures leading to shorter production lead times of product.
