Stanovení hodnoty výrobní společnosti v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

Úkolem této diplomové práce je vybranými metodami, vymezenými v kapitole teoretická východiska oceňování, stanovit hodnotu společnosti KES – kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s r. o. v jedné z dalších částí, v níž jsou zvolené metody již prakticky aplikovány. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou uspořádány v logickém sledu s cílem přehledným, srozumitelným a dostačujícím způsobem informovat o právě analyzované problematice. V úvodu této diplomové práce je vymezen cíl, k jehož naplnění je nezbytné stanovit teoretická východiska, definující sledovanou problematiku a nutně vymezující postup k jejímu praktickému řešení, která je náplní druhé kapitoly této práce. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je podrobnější charakteristika hodnocené společnosti KES – kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s r. o. Následující, v pořadí čtvrtá, kapitola obsahuje praktické zpracování dané problematiky, která vyústí ve vyhodnocení výsledků a doporučení, čímž jsme se dostali ke kapitole s číslem pět. Závěrečné shrnutí a vyvození určitých závěrů je náplní poslední, šesté kapitoly.

The Aim of this Thesis is to determine the Value of the chosen Company KES by defined Methods, which are described in the Chapture with theoretical Bases. The Goal is to determine the Value in one of the next Chaptures, where the theoretical Knowledges are applied. Individual Chaptures are arranged in logical Order to inform about analyzed Issues by transparent, clear and sufficient way. In the opening Part of this Thesis is determined the Goal. To accomplish this Goal is necessary to define theoretical Bases which describe required Problem and then fulfil the content of the next part – to get real solution. The Matter of the third Part is a detailed Characteristic of the KES Company. The fourth Chapture contains practical Solution and Evaluation of the Results. The Fifth part of this Thesis dedicate to some Adviced and Recommendations. Next – the sixth – Section contains Summary and Conclusions which logically follow from the whole Text of this Diploma Thesis.
