Abstract

The delivered work(s) are processed by issue of state administration and local authorities in small municipalities, with some proposed possible solutions to the problems. The first part is to clarify the concept of community and its position, the basic legislation and public administration reform. The following section describes the scope of individual comunities, the local autorities, the problems of small communities and their cooperation in addressing these problems. Other additional parts deal with the delegated powers of municipalities and categorized municipales accorging to the degree of devolution of government, problems with the small community in the exercise of delegated powers face, and possible solutions. Further sections describe the issue of staffing activities of the village, claims to knowledge, job performance and occupancy of staff of small municipalities and village council membres released. At the end of the work(s) are summarized possible solutions to the problems & the perfomance of state administration including the government of small municipalities.
