Abstract

The Bachelor's thesis theme aims at the market and administrative valuation. The subject of valuation is a block of flats in Raduň community, in Moravskoslezský kraj. This apartment building is a public property. This block of flats is a public property. The administrative cost was defined by the income method. To determite the market value was used the income method and method of the direct comparison.
