dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zmapování vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí neziskové organizace, nalezení a analýza faktorů, které ji ovlivňují. Potom budou určeny nejdůležitější faktory v podobě příležitostí a hrozeb, také silné a slabé stránky a na jejich základě budou vypracovány návrhy na řešení dané situace. Výsledky strategické analýzy budou formulovány prostřednictvím doporučení určité strategie a uvedení základních strategických cílů na období 2015 až 2018.cs
dc.description.abstractThe goal of this master thesis is to map the external and internal environment of the non-profit organization, finding and analyzing the factors that influence this company. Then the most important factors in the form of opportunities and threats will be determined, strengths and weaknesses as well and on this basis will be given some recommendations for solving this situation. The results of strategic analysis will be formed through recommending some strategy and formulating main strategic objectives for the period from 2015 to 2018.en
