Abstract

This bachelor thesis explores the remuneration system of the selected organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part aims to conduct a literature search focused on the area of remuneration systems, and consequently the theoretical background indispensable for the subsequent practical analysis is formulated. In the latter part, the current remuneration system of the examined organization is broken down, and the implementation of the questionnaire survey is clarified along with the evaluation of the employees´ stances to individual components of this particular remuneration system. At the conclusion of the practical part, the recommendations for possible enhancements of the organization´s established system are suggested on the basis of both the theoretical background and the findings from the analysis.
