Abstract

The thesis deals with the use of condition survey data for fast and efficient work in the field of building management and facility management. The goal is to create a area, construction and technical passport of an education object as an FM software support. The theoretical part followed up the organization of specialized training in school system in the Czech Republic, condition survey, methodology and software support of area coding. The practical part work on the knowledge of theoretical and is suplemented by specific data and informations. Theoretical knowledge is applied to an elementary school building in the city of Píšť where were made individual passports. A part of the practical part are outputs from the Pit – FM system drawings which were created in the software ArchiCAD.
