Abstract

Diploma thesis with topic of „Analysis of payroll system in selected business corporation” is focused on analysis, description and comparation of the entire payroll system which is valid in the Czech republic according to current legislation. Within parsing of the payroll system, this diploma thesis analysis not only matters of employment relations, wages, salaries, vacations or employee benefits, but it also contains an analysis of wage evolution in Czech republic. Further this thesis includes an explanation of accounting cases which are related to the wage domain. part of the labor is also analysis of the payroll system of selected business corporation XY, s.r.o., its valorization, suggestions of appropriate solutions for various problematic domains or cration of wage interdepartmental guideline, which commerical corporation XY s.r.o. did not possess.
