Financování přípravy mladých sportovců ve vybraných sportech

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the financial costs of training young athletes in athletics and road cycling, the appreciation of the development costs of the juniors for the last four racing season, performance comparison of education of the Czech representative to determine whether the funds are sufficient for this area. In order to achieve the objectives of the work was used in the classification analysis and comparison. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to a particular sport, the position of the athlete within the Czech Republic, grant program, Ministry of education youth and sports. In the practical part are processed by information obtained from the respondent of sports clubs. The final chapter is devoted to a summary and evaluation of the financing of the education of young athletes. The results of the thesis can show those interested in cycling and athletics financial demands of these sports. The work can serve as a source of information for managers of sports teams. May cause steps to greater promotion of young athletes, from both the public and the private sector.
