Abstract
Goal of the thesis is to analyze administration of the town Dolní Benešov and based on this analysis give proposals how to optimize and rationalize administation of the town. Basic terminology is defined in the first part. In the second part deals the local administration in the town. The last part gives proposals. The thesis was writen after peruse special literature, intermal materials, Internet pages, laws and public notice of the municipality.
