Robotické balicí pracoviště využívající kamerové vidění

Abstract

Thesis deals with the design, simulation, and experimental validation of an automated robotic packaging workstation. The main objective is the reliable localization of products in transparent packaging using a machine vision algorithm, followed by coordinate transformation for controlling a six-axis industrial robot. The solution also includes the implementation of a gentle end-effector designed to prevent product deformation, as well as the development of an algorithm for space-efficient arrangement of objects within a box. The proposed system is subsequently evaluated on a real workstation in terms of detection accuracy, manipulation reliability, and overall time efficiency.
