Varování obyvatelstva v rámci protipovodňových opatření

Abstract

A graduation theses solves a warning of population in the framework of flood control measures in Olomouc region. The theses is split up into two parts. The first theoretical part is specialized in warning in the Czech Republic. There is defined how warning system works, kinds of final element of warning and possibility of using them. A practical part is engaged on an area that is endangered by floods. A project for changing rotary sirens into electronic sirens in Olomouc region was suggested. Further the project contains concept for building electronic sirens in places without warning system. During making the concept and permutation it comes from agenda for counting a range of signal and verbal information in dependence on house-building and noise of environs. The theses can be used like a model for processing the project of warning and notification in the others region in the Czech Republic.
