Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the financing of flat unit owners community. The target of this work is to provide information on the flat unit owners community and compare financial products provided by domestic institutions. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of unit owners. In the practical part are listed all methods of financing the repairs and modernization of the house and the subsequent calculations loans. Of loans calculation subsequently results, which of them is the most effective and suitable for the funding to repair and modernization a house.
