Typizace a pasportizace prvků administrativní budovy

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with a clarification of problems connected with standardization and passportization of administrative buildings´ elements. The introduction describes a definition of property administration and assumption of administrative buildings under the administration. It followed up with chapters about passportization and its software support. The following section is about area methodology coding, room coding and objects´ coding. Practical part of my Bachelor thesis focuses on processing of a passport of the specific administrative building which is a branch office of Česká spořitelna in Velké Bílovice. It presents a description of assigned building, spatial, constructional, technological and personal passport. Extent of this bachelor thesis is 40 numbered pages.
